My Background, Credentials, and How I Got Here

You have probably worked with a business coach. Maybe a therapist. Perhaps a performance consultant or an executive advisor who came with impressive credentials and a structured methodology.

And yet here you are.

Not because those people weren't good at what they do. But because what you are actually navigating doesn't fit cleanly inside any one of those rooms. The fracture you feel isn't purely strategic. It isn't purely psychological. It isn't purely physical or relational or spiritual.

It's all of those things at once. And most practitioners are only trained to see one of them.

That's the gap I was built to close.

The Foundation

I came up through business, advertising, and the study of human behavior, disciplines that gave me an early fluency in how people make decisions, what actually moves them, and how the stories we tell ourselves shape every outcome we produce.

I then went deeper, into psychology, coaching, and the study of behavioral patterns, learning how what lives beneath the surface either serves a person or quietly dismantles everything they're building above it.

But I was trained by more than programs and institutions. The most formative education I received came from living inside the rooms most people only advise from the outside.

The Credentials That Tell the Real Story

Everything I studied after that foundation was chosen deliberately. Each discipline was an answer to a question the previous one couldn't fully resolve.

I trained in mindset and achievement science through the Napoleon Hill and Bob Proctor lineage, under mentor Daniel Amos. If you have spent any time in the world of high performance, you know this lineage. You know what it requires and what it produces. It gave me the architecture of how driven people think, and more importantly, where that thinking breaks down under the weight of real life.

I became a Certified Sexologist through the American College of Sexology International. That credential sits in a category most executive coaching conversations refuse to enter, which is precisely why the work I do reaches what theirs cannot. Erotic intelligence is not a soft topic. It is the animating force behind creativity, authority, presence, and the capacity to connect at depth. When it collapses, everything built on top of it begins to feel hollow, whether or not the numbers reflect it yet.

I trained as an Authentic Tantra® Practitioner through the Tibetan Five Element Practices, a government accredited lineage that carries centuries of embodied transmission work. This isn't yoga retreat tantra. It is a precise, structured practice for working with life force energy at the level of the nervous system, and it changed everything I understood about where real power lives and how it is lost.

I completed Level 3 Qi Gong training through the Tao Tan Pai lineage, which gave me the somatic precision to work with a dysregulated nervous system at the depth required for lasting change, not symptom management.

And I am a graduate of the Hoffman Process, one of the most rigorous and respected personal transformation programs in the world. I did not complete it as a professional credential. I completed it because the work demanded it of me, and because I will not ask anyone to go somewhere I haven't been willing to go myself.

What This Combination Actually Produces

Most practitioners can hand you a framework. A few can sit with you in real emotional depth. Fewer still understand what it actually costs to run something, to carry a legacy, to be responsible for other people's livelihoods while managing the invisible weight of who you are behind closed doors.

I have done all of it. I have been in the boardroom and the breakdown. I have studied the science of the body and rebuilt a business from insolvency. I have received the Women of Inspiration™ Transformational Leader Award, been featured in Forbes, and led a family construction business to recognition as one of the Top Condo Renovation and Maintenance Services in Canada in 2025.

But I'll tell you what I tell every client who leads with their accolades.

The trophy is not the transmission.

What actually qualifies me to hold this work is that I refused to let any single discipline be the whole answer. I kept going until I found what was actually missing. And what was missing, in every room I entered, in every crisis I absorbed, in every conversation where a powerful person was quietly coming apart at the seams, was this:

No one had ever taught them to integrate their power with their humanity.
